At Ringtones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium audio gear and electronic accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
